Special General Meeting on 27th February 2013
The official governance documents voted on at the recent Special General Meeting of BHAG Inc. on the 27th of February 2013 are now finalised & were lodged with the Dept. of Fair Trading by registered post on 22nd March 2013.For those who were unable to attend this meeting the Minutes are also listed below. Thank you to those who attended this meeting & for your contributions as we weaved our way through the detail of the Constitution.
We have received written advice from the Dept. of Fair Trading that the registration of our new constitution has been completed. The BHAG committee has subsequently registered the Association as a Not for Profit Community Service Organisation and completed the Self-Assessment of Taxation as required by the Australian Tax Office.

Code of Conduct and Workplace Bullying Policies
In June 2014 the BHAG Committee finalised and accepted the Workplace Bullying and Code of Conduct policies which will henceforth apply to committee members, financial members, volunteers and anyone undertaking work on behalf of BHAG Inc.
